When you decide to purchase our product, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.
Unfortunately, Petite Motif does not offer a refund or return due to a change of mind.

Electricals and Wiring

All Petite Motif Inventory comes with the original EU wiring, unless specified otherwise.

Each item must be inspected / re-wired and /or installed by a certified/qualified electrician to the electrical standards of your respective country.

Faulty and Damaged Items

Due to the handmade and vintage nature of our pieces, imperfections and markings are perfectly normal and give pieces their soul and charm. Every item is unique. We will make note of larger markings prior to the sale. Petite Motif does not offer a refund or return due to imperfections.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We will require a description of the damages along with images of the packaging and shipping label.

Shipping

Every order is carefully packed by Petite Motif, using recycled packaging where possible.

Vintage items will be dispatched within 5-10 business days and 10-14 business days for our Stitched and Jute collection from the date of the payment received.

Orders are shipped via Correos and Courier service depending on the shipping destination. Orders can generally be expected to arrive within 7-21 business days. Sometimes faster, and sometimes longer.
